" AMAZING! Sam is a wonderful, joyful, personable, and knowledgeable individual, who makes you feel like you've been best friends forever! Purchasing a home from out of the country has its own pressures, but Sam was with us from before our trip, with video chats, emails on properties, and good info, to meeting us hitting the ground running for three solid days upon arrival. Sam had arranged several viewings per day, and was always available if we had any queries. Day or night, Sam was there for us. This is outstanding service! In our short visit we found our property, and Sam was there, guiding us to the right people to see this through. Sam was a constant positive in the few struggles we had, after we returned home, and got us to the finish line, in record time! Even after the sale, Sam is going above and beyond, and keeping everything in check. Sam is proactive, intelligent, collaborative, articulate, patient and extremely proficient in what she does.
